Every now and then, we write a song that, for some mysterious reason, never gets finished. This is one of those songs. It was originally meant for the Random Progress album, then we thought, “Hey, let’s put it on Off the Shelf!” But—yep, you guessed it—it never made it there either. 😅 Now, finally, it’s getting its moment on our upcoming album. 🎉
This one is a bit different from the rest. One of Ad’s friends had a really tough time last year, and we felt inspired to write a song about it. The result? A very bombastic track (sorry for the pun, Fred! 😂). I’ve even asked Ad to record the choir vocals with Fred so he can be part of this song.
For now, we’re calling it Dark… but who knows, maybe we’ll change it three more times before it actually gets released. 😜
